Our Environment

Clean

The Community Wellness Center maintains the highest standards for cleanliness. Our facility and equipment are sanitized throughout the day to ensure our members and guests remain in best health during and after their visit.

Current

Our equipment and amenities are the gold standard for fitness. The CWC utilizes the most current technology (when applicable) and approved methods for beginning and maintaining your journey toward optimal health.

Welcoming

Our staff know that gyms can be intimidating, and they are happy to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to ask for demonstrations on how to use the equipment or help finding a fitness class.

Facility & Amenities

Cardio Center

A dynamic room with treadmills, upright and recumbent stationary bikes, stairmasters, precor elliptical cross-trainers and a Concept II rower.
Event Rooms

Spaces can be rented for meetings or small get-togethers. Email Cedric Kelly for more information.
Fitness & Weight Rooms

Two diverse rooms with weight machines, free weights, TRX ropes, kettlebells, bench press, squat rack, resistance bands, pull-up bar, spin bikes and weighted speed rope. Group fitness spaces offer aqua aerobics, yoga, high intensity, low impact and dance.
Gymnasium

A regulation-size basketball court with adjustable goals and an in-ground volleyball system.
Indoor Track

The indoor walking/running track is 1/9 mile. Lap counters may be checked out at the front desk.
Locker Rooms

Secure and private spaces for men and women to change clothes and store personal belongings. Showers, saunas and steam rooms are also located here.
Onsite Parking

Parking is free using the ample spaces in multiple onsite lots.
Pool

The swimming pool is 25 yards long (36 laps = 1 mile). The depth is 3 1/2 feet at each end and 5 feet in the middle. The water quality, similar to a mineral spa, is maintained using a saline chlorination system
Racquetball Court

One full-size racquetball court may be reserved up to one day in advance by calling the CWC or stopping by the front desk. Players must wear eye goggles.
Saunas & Steam Rooms

There are two saunas and steam rooms with separate ones for men and women maintaining privacy and comfort.
